Personal history :

March 1959: Born in Mae Sai city, Northern Thailand. Moved to Bangkok and graduated from a technical school.

March 31, 1979: Moved to Japan after the marriage.

1992: Received a Japanese Permanent Residence Status.

April 1999: Returned to Thailand (She still visits Japan twice a year, and teaches Thai cooking there.)

1990: Took personal lessons with the late Mr. Bshu Phuontana, who was a main chef at a Palace Cuisine Restaurant “BUSSARACUM”.

Also entered UFMBaking & CookingSchool and took lessons.

At the same time, received many advises and tips from famous restaurants’ chefs.
